The credit note overview now shows the Skonto amount and strikes through the gross figure when a discount was taken. The CSV export gains "With Skonto" and "Sum paid" columns, and the audit log names the UUID of the bank transaction behind the change.

The new last_day_of_month trigger creates the invoice on the last day of the month and bills that same month, running at 8 p.m. German time. Only records approved by then are included – later ones stay unbilled, so drafts are the safer target state.

Accepted supplier contracts are no longer frozen: rates, payment terms and early payment discounts can be adjusted by change request. The supplier sees old and new values side by side and decides. On consent the new value applies immediately.

Billing from Denmark? ZEIT.IO now asks for one detail only: your eight-digit CVR number. The German tax fields and the small business checkbox disappear, the DK prefix for your VAT ID is added automatically, and a VIES miss no longer blocks the save.

Language and date format can now be set per customer, department and contact person. Auto-invoicing and manual invoices apply them automatically, and the introduction and payment terms switch along. Also maintainable via CSV import and REST API.

New in ZEIT.IO: customers, contact persons and departments can now be imported via CSV, matching the familiar export format, with ongoing row-by-row error checks. Import only creates new records — duplicates are skipped automatically.

Excel timesheets now render inline in ZEIT.IO as a clean, locale-aware HTML table across every role and share link — no downloads, no app-switching, wide tables scroll neatly, and parsing stays on our own servers for privacy.

Billing categories in ZEIT.IO now carry your own names: "On site 2" becomes "Frankfurt Data Center" – for hourly and daily rates, freelancers and employees. The names appear on the invoice, already-billed time stays unchanged.

ZEIT.IO now features a "Documents" area, allowing you to centrally store project files like contracts directly where the project lives. It inherits your existing project permissions, accepts files up to 15MB, and fully supports REST API automation.
