EMAILBRIEF

If your ZEIT.IO organization is connected to EMAILBRIEF, you can send invoices from ZEIT.IO as a real letter with just one click. The PDF invoice is sent directly to the Deutsche Post printing line, where it is printed, folded, enveloped, franked and sent to your customer. We charge a one-time fee of EUR 99 to set up this integration.
In addition, of course, there are costs for sent invoices. We pass on the costs of EMAILBRIEF.de, with a small surcharge.

SAP ByD

Your customer's SAP ByD system can be connected to ZEIT.IO via an OData interface. Once this connection is established, ZEIT.IO can upload the booked times of an approved timesheet to their customer's SAP system. Why does a supplier cost more than an employee?

ZEIT.IO specializes in the management of experts who are invoiced according to time & material. There are a lot of workflows and processes that are specifically tailored to the requirements of freelance experts. Zeit.io digitized and automatically the processes used for the management of freelance experts. If you adhere to the fully automated standard process, you can save up to 4 hours in the back office with ZEIT.IO, per supplier and month.

Does every bill cost 1 EUR?

No! Depending on the number of active users in your organization, there is a quota of free invoices and credit notes. For every active employee and contractor in your organization, you can create one A/R invoice per month free of charge. For example, if you have 10 active employees and 5 active contractors, you can create 15 A/R invoices for free. However, if you were to create 20 outgoing invoices, a fee of EUR 5 would apply.

Does each credit note cost 1 EUR?

No! Depending on the number of active users in your organization, there is a quota of free invoices and credit notes. For each active contractor (freelancer, supplier) in your organization, you can create one credit note per month for free. For example, if you have 10 active contractors, you can create 10 credit notes for free. However, if you were to create 15 credit notes, a fee of EUR 5 would apply. Usually you only need one credit memo per month and supplier.

If we don't pay for support, do we not have support at all?

Support is currently still available to all users. However, without a support plan, there are no guaranteed response times! And of course the support requests are sorted by support plan. Support requests from customers with a 24/7 support plan are always answered before any other request.

What is an active user?

An active user is a user who has at least one active contract with your organization.

What is an active contract?

If you want to add an employee or supplier (freelancer) to your organization, you must offer the person a ZEIT.IO contract. People and organizations are connected by contracts. A contract contains the most important cornerstones of a cooperation, such as the hourly purcahse rate and the payment modalities. A ZEIT.IO contract always has a start and end date. A contract is considered active when it has been accepted by both parties, the start date is in the past and the end date is in the future.
